Getting Even Nail Primer

Has not used KBShimmer's ridge filler but says Mooncat Getting Even primer dries very quickly, within a minute or two.

Has weak, peeling nails and is testing base coats; finds the Mooncat primer works okay, not quite as good as old Nailtiques 2, but it doesn't seem to damage their nails.
